Quick Tip: Save and Retrieve Cases in PGM Anywhere From, Yes, Anywhere!
PGM Anywhere, PG Calc’s online software for creating planned gift illustrations, includes a searchable database where you can save and retrieve cases you are working on. Once you save a case, you can retrieve it anytime, regardless of your location or your device. This design makes cases easy to create, easy to find, and always accessible.

To save all of your current PGM Anywhere inputs as a case:

1. Tap  in the icon ribbon.
2. Enter the name for the case and, if you wish, the donor’s name.
3. Select who to assign the case to, then tap Save.

To retrieve the PGM Anywhere inputs for a case you want to work on:

1. Tap  in the icon ribbon.
2. Enter criteria for finding the case, such as case name, donor name, or modification date range, then tap Search. A list of all cases that match your search will appear.
3. Tap  to the left of the case you want to open.
4. PGM Anywhere’s fields instantly will populate with all of the entries saved in the case.

How To Calculate Date-of-Death Values for Charitable Gift Annuities
We frequently receive calls from our clients – both in gift planning and gift administration – asking how to determine the date-of-death value for a charitable gift annuity. The main point to remember up front is that, for the decedent and the decedent’s estate, a charitable gift annuity does not have a date-of-death value in the same way that a commercial annuity does.
