Quick Tip: Display Options When Printing or Saving GiftWrap Reports
GiftWrap offers two Display Options for producing reports:
Report Viewer or PDF.
You can choose either option at the time the report is produced and may set your preferred default choice under the My Account link in the right side of the banner at the top of your screen.
What is the difference and which should you choose?
- If you just wish to view the report, either option is fine.
- If you plan to print or save the report, your choice makes a difference:
- Report Viewer: This option gives you a choice of export formats including PDF, Excel, Word, Crystal Reports, and Rich Text, as well as the export of raw data to Excel.
- PDF: This option goes straight to PDF and reduces the number of screens to click through if you wish to print your report or save as a PDF.

Marketing Corner: Stewardship Is a State of Mind
 In talking with a client about launching a legacy society, I remarked that having an annual event is wonderful, but stewardship is more than that. I was trying to describe how one "instills" stewardship. In my experience it seems that stewardship is a natural extension of the development officers' personality.
